The creation of your Lumi Tile is done by our own team of staff, including qualified photographers, in-house. This means that we can offer you a great value product. Our prices are all-inclusive, with the exception of postage which varies according to destination and weight.

Freight Prices

Your order is carefully wrapped in a high quality cardboard box to ensure that your precious Lumi Tile arrives safely.

The cost of postage for Lumi Tiles is as follows: In the unlikely event that your Lumi Tile is damaged or lost during transit, we will reprint and resend you a new Lumi Tile absolutely free of charge. We will even pay the postage.

Approximate freight times are shown below. This is addition to production time. Production time is normally 4 working days, but can increase significantly during peak periods. Please phone us if your job is genuinely urgent.
