The creation of your Lumi Tile is done by our own team of staff, including qualified photographers, in-house. This means that we can offer you a great value product. Our prices are all-inclusive, with the exception of postage which varies according to destination and weight.

Freight Prices
Your order is carefully wrapped in a high quality cardboard box to ensure that your precious Lumi Tile arrives safely.

In the unlikely event that your Lumi Tile is damaged or lost during transit, we will reprint and resend you a new Lumi Tile absolutely free of charge. We will even pay the postage.
Approximate freight times are shown below. This is addition to production time. Production time is normally 4 working days, but can increase significantly during peak periods. Please phone us if your job is genuinely urgent.
